Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.  ~Albert Einstein

  1. Feel lighter and lot more energetic,
  2. Lost weight. Get slimmer and trimmer.
  3. Improve your state of mind, feel calm yet alert.
  4. Reform and rebuild body tissues to a higher quality and reduce the level of toxins in the body
  5. Lower risk of death from numerous diseases, especially cancer and hearth disease. Vegetarians live about seven years longer, and vegans (who eat no animal products) about 15 years longer than meat eaters.

  7. Save an average of $4,000 a year on your food bill

  11. The cruelty to billions of animals is unnecessary.  Let’s be care-takers not destroyers.
  12. The damage to land, air and water is overwhelming, yet most are oblivious. Massive reduction in waste and air pollution.
  13. We are loosing vast amounts of flower meadows, ancient woodlands and nature reserves etc due to animal farming, we are cramming into small living spaces because of this.
  14. Protect yourself from food poisoning and viruses, and avoid toxic chemicals fed to animals.
  15. Get rid of back problems, get more regular, and cool those hot flushes.
  16. Reduce the national debt from meat related disease, and preserve the fish population.
  17. Protect the purity of the water. It takes 100 times the amount of water to produce 1kg of beef compared to 1kg of grain.
  18. Going vegetarian is easy. It's much quicker, cleaner and easier to cook and clean. It doesn't need a fridge or freezer to store.

for a laugh..

* our bodies are not graveyards for rotting meat and animal carcasses
* when people ask vegetarians.. 'well what do you eat?'  it's simple 'You know when you walk into a supermarket?  vegetarians eat EVERYTHING except the dead animals'
* oh but you're killing the vegetables!! vegetation doesn't resist being killed, animals do
* if you believe in the bible one of the commandments is 'though shalt not kill'
* you need protein!! the strongest animals on this planet are vegetarian, elephants for example and you can get protein in many vegetarian foods.

It's never too late to turn over a new leaf—you can improve your health and the environment today by going vegetarian.  For a start, eat a little less meat, make it an exception rather than the rule.
